Volunteer

By volunteering at MSWA, you are helping support people living with a neurological condition in Western Australia.  We view volunteering as a relationship, and are committed to ensuring the types of positions offered to volunteers are equally engaging and beneficial to those involved as they are to the organisation. In return, we treat our volunteers with the same care and respect as we do our staff, offering training, valuable experiences and a chance to make a significant contribution to ‘seeking the cures and providing the care’.

We welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds, and recognise the valuable skills and abilities they bring with them. Enthusiasm and a willingness to make a difference are the only qualifications you need.

Available volunteer positions include:

  • Home Visitors
  • Special Events Assistants
  • Gardeners
  • General Maintenance
  • Mail Room
  • Drivers
  • Administration
  • Lunch Room Assistants
  • Cooks
  • Group Support Assistants

Positions are available for short, medium or long term projects, in different locations throughout Western Australia.

For more information, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Dawn Burke on
