Prior to entering a Customer's home, you should ask the following:
- Do you, or anyone at home, have any of the following symptoms?
Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath
- Have you had close contact with anyone confirmed positive, or being tested, for COVID-19?
- Have you or anyone at home returned from overseas in the last 14 days?
If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, please contact your supervisor or manager before entering their home.
