Anyone in our neuro community can join including MSWA Clients, carers, family members of MSWA Clients, or anyone who lives with a neurological condition.  

The Neuro Collective is a new community program, providing a safe space for meaningful connection, belonging, and support for the neuro community - no matter your diagnosis, your journey, or where exactly you fit into the picture.   

By subscribing to our Collective, you will gain access to:  

• First access to our Synapse  peer support digital portal - coming soon!

Once you join, you’ll gain access to a growing range of partner offers, everyday benefits, and exclusive content and events - all designed to support you in ways that matter most. 

Whether you're looking to connect with others, access helpful resources, or simply feel part of something bigger, the Neuro Collective is here to walk alongside you - no matter your diagnosis or journey. 

The Neuro Collective exists to create a sense of connection, belonging, and everyday support for people living with neurological conditions, beyond clinical or care-based services.  

It’s a community-driven initiative focused on enhancing quality of life, helping members feel seen, supported, and included in a broader network of individuals who understand the unique challenges of their journey. 

While MSWA is proud to support the Neuro Collective, this program is not part of MSWA’s service delivery or clinical care. You don’t need to be an MSWA Client to join and subscribe to the Neuro Collective, and it doesn’t impact your eligibility for MSWA services. It’s a standalone, inclusive initiative designed to complement - not replace - other forms of support. 

Through exclusive partner benefits, meaningful community content, and opportunities to connect, the Neuro Collective offers value in the everyday, helping individuals feel empowered, uplifted, and part of something bigger. 

Our MSWA membership still remains as an option to you, and this is a governance role in our organisation. 

As outlined in our constitution, members of the company have the right to vote at annual general meetings, as well as the right to receive notices of and to attend and be heard at any general meeting of the company. You must be a member of MSWA to be eligible to nominate for a vacant Board position as they arise.

A Founding Connector is anyone who joins the Neuro Collective between 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2026. This group will be recognised as our original supporters and will receive exclusive benefits. 

Founding Connectors enjoy a complimentary subscription to the Neuro Collective during the initial launch period, with full access to all partner offers, discounts, and benefits. 

No. If you join between 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2026, you will not be charged any subscription fees until 1 July 2026. 

From 1 July 2026, Founding Connectors will need to pay a $29 annual subscription fee to continue accessing the Neuro Collective.

All subscriptions follow a fixed annual renewal cycle. This means all subscribers renew on 1 July each year, regardless of when they originally joined. 

If you join after 30 June 2026, you will need to pay the $29 subscription fee at sign-up. This payment will cover you until the next 1 July. After that, your subscription will renew annually on 1 July. 

Example:  

• Joined 15 March 2026: You receive complimentary access until 30 June 2026. You’ll then pay $29 on 1 July 2026 for the following year. 
• Joined 15 August 2026: You pay $29 at sign-up, which covers you until 30 June 2027. Your next payment will be on 1 July 2027. 

You will receive email reminders 30 days prior to each renewal period, ensuring you don’t miss your renewal date or lose access to your benefits. 

At this time, subscriptions are annual only and must be renewed each year on 1 July. 

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, the $29 subscription fee is non-refundable, and your access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
