Our mission is to improve your wellbeing by offering a range of evidence-based tools and resources to teach you easy-to follow practices that can be implemented into your daily routine.
MSWA’s Wellbeing service is centred around resiliency and health promotion, utilising evidence-based tools and resources to help you overcome obstacles, foster resiliency and feel empowered.
Through this service, you can cultivate mental and physical resilience through deliberate practices like mindfulness, which can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, while enhancing overall wellbeing.
Our Services
Delivered by our team of qualified counsellors, MSWA's Wellbeing service offers a range of stand-alone, psycho-education modules focused on resiliency.
Each module is an hour long and is available both in-person at MSWA service centres and online via telehealth. All interventions and strategies are evidence-based and neuro-informed, providing you with techniques that can be practiced independently or with combination with others to build up your resiliency and wellness toolbox. These modules can be customised and tailored to your needs and interests.
