At MSWA, our Community Support team offers tailored social support services to help Clients access various activities and appointments. These include:

Our Transportation Options

Our dedicated Community Support staff use their own vehicles for social support services. MSWA also provides a caddy and bus for clients, with staff trained to operate these vehicles. Additionally, we train staff to operate caddy or modified vehicles owned by Clients.

Do you provide a transport-only service?

MSWA does not offer a transport-only service. Our Social Support Services are designed for Clients who require assistance in accessing the community.

Is the MSWA caddy and bus available to all Clients?

Due to limited availability, the MSWA caddy and bus are regularly booked on a weekly basis. While our Community Support team strives to accommodate requests, we encourage Clients to have alternative arrangements in case the vehicles are unavailable.

Can family members accompany Clients during social support services?

Generally, we do not transport family members along with Clients. Exceptions may be made depending on the specific situation.

Who is responsible for parking fees?

Clients are responsible for covering parking fees during social support outings.
