Welcome to the MSWA Neuro Collective (“Program”). By subscribing in or participating in the Program, you (“Connector”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing in the MSWA Neuro Collective (“Program”), Connectors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of MSWA. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who:
- Have a neurological condition, or those who care for or support someone living with a neurological condition
- Are aged 18 and over
- Are residents of Australia
- Are a MSWA Client or currently engaging in MSWA community programs
Subscription is personal and non-transferable.
Business entities or groups are not eligible to participate unless explicitly approved.

3. Subscription

To participate, eligible individuals must complete the Program registration via mswa.org.au/sign-up-neuro-collective
Accurate and current information must be provided upon registration.

4. Founding Connectors Offer
4.1 Complimentary Subscription for ‘Founding Connectors’

Individuals who join the Neuro Collective between 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2026 will be recognised as ‘Founding Connectors’.
Founding Connectors will receive complimentary subscription during this initial period, with full access to all program partner offers, discounts and benefits.
No subscription fee will be charged before 30 June 2026 for these Connectors.

4.2 Subscription Fee Commencement and Renewal

From 1 July 2026, all Connectors will be required to pay an annual subscription fee of $29 to maintain their access to the Neuro Collective.
Subscriptions will operate on a fixed annual renewal cycle, with all subscribers renewing on 1 July of each year, regardless of the original join date.
For Connectors who join after 30 June 2026, the $29 subscription fee will be payable upon sign-up and will cover the period until the next 1 July. Subsequent annual renewals will occur on each 1 July thereafter.
Example:
- If you sign up on 15 March 2026, you’ll receive complimentary subscription until 30 June 2026.
- You will then pay $29 on 1 July 2026 for the 2026–2027 subscription year.
- Your next renewal will occur on 1 July 2027.
- If you sign up on 15 August 2026, you will pay $29 at sign-up, which will cover you until 30 June 2027. Your next renewal will occur on 1 July 2027.

4.3 Opt-Out

Connectors may choose to opt out of the program at any time. If a Connector does not renew their subscription from 1 July 2026, access to all associated benefits, offers, and partner services will be suspended.

5. Third Party Discounts and Benefits

5.1 Partner-Provided Offers

The Neuro Collective program includes access to a range of offers, discounts, and benefits provided by third-party partners. These benefits are subject to the terms and conditions set by the individual third parties and may change without prior notice.
Examples include discounts on household services, retail, health and wellbeing services, lifestyle products, and other partner-supported initiatives.
Third party offers may be time-limited, region-specific, or subject to availability.

5.2 Use of Third Party Services

When accessing or redeeming third-party offers:

Connectors are entering into a direct relationship with the third-party provider.
MSWA does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party products or services.
Any issues, claims, or disputes relating to third-party offers must be addressed directly with the third-party provider.
Offers are not transferable to anyone who is not a subscriber

5.3 No Endorsement

Inclusion of a third-party brand or provider in the Neuro Collective does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by MSWA. Connectors should make their own independent assessment before using or relying on third-party services.

5.4 Changes to Offers

MSWA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any third-party offer or benefit from the Neuro Collective at its discretion, with or without notice.

6. Community Expectations and Conduct

By accessing and participating in Synapse – the digital peer support platform within the Neuro Collective, Connectors agree to contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. This platform is designed for connection, support, and shared understanding among individuals living with neurological conditions, or those with lived experience in providing care and support.

To maintain the integrity of this space, all users are expected to:

Engage with empathy and mutual respect
Protect the privacy and confidentiality of others
Communicate using inclusive and accessible language
Understand there is zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or judgmental behaviour
Use the platform in alignment with its purpose – peer connection and support
Stay up to date with housekeeping guidelines and any updates shared by moderators

Breach of these expectations may result in content removal, warnings, or suspension of platform access at the discretion of MSWA moderators.

7. Use Restrictions

Misuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity or misuse of benefits, may result in termination of subscription.

8. Privacy

Connector data is collected in accordance with MSWA’s Privacy Policy, available at www.mswa.org.au/Privacy-Policy. By joining the Program, Connectors consent to the use of their data for administering the program and related communications.

9. Termination or Changes

MSWA reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Program at any time;
Adjust the value or structure of discounts, offers and benefits;
Terminate individual subscription for breach of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

MSWA is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in the Program, except where required by law.
