MSWA’s very own, Debra Packer was nominated for the prestigious 40under40 Awards, which recognises and celebrates the state’s leading entrepreneurs, innovators and future business leaders under the age of 40.

An established marketing executive, Deb has been integral to creating effective campaigns for iconic WA organisations including Kleenheat and MSWA. While her background is in marketing, her career is anchored in people leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, shifting team culture and achieving organisational goals.

As the MSWA General Manager of Brand, Experience and Community, Deb's role expanded beyond marketing during her two years at MSWA. Today, she holds end-to-end accountability for brand strategy, communications and evert step of our Client’s journey. She leads a team of 100 marketing and client service professionals, all while motivating them to deliver meaningful outcomes to the neurological community to live ‘life not limits’.

What truly sets Deb apart isn’t just her go-getter energy, but the way she puts people first. She leads with a big heart and a genuine focus on making everyone feel seen and valued.

“I feel very thankful and appreciative of the nomination. I couldn’t do this without the support of the MSWA team,” Deb shared.

I love coaching, mentoring and shaping people to be their best version of themselves, not just professionally but personally as well. It’s very important to trust our teams and give them the space to grow and strive in their role.”

We're so incredibly lucky to have Deb on the team! The impact she's made on the Experience team and the wider Client community is nothing short of tremendous.
