Devlyn Construction selected for state-of-the-art accommodation facility in Shenton Park

MSWA is delighted to announce the appointment of Devlyn Construction as the chosen contractor for the development of its cutting-edge high-support accommodation facility in Shenton Park, Perth.

In collaboration with the State Government, a joint investment of $26.8m has been secured to bring this essential project to fruition.

MSWA’s Manager of Property Development, Steve Corbett, said “Devlyn Construction's 20 years of industry expertise, coupled with their commitment to quality, make them the ideal partner for this project. We anticipate achieving a world-class facility with Devlyn Construction's proven expertise.

Project Overview:

The 20-unit facility is designed to provide long-term, high-support accommodation for adults living with spinal cord injuries or neurological conditions in a nurturing environment.

MSWA will oversee the facility's operations, providing round-the-clock care through its dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The facility will prioritise accommodating the remaining long-term Quadriplegic Centre Clients, who have been consulted throughout the development process.

After years of meticulous planning, MSWA is thrilled to embark on this significant infrastructure project, expanding its footprint to 22 facilities dedicated to supporting individuals with neurological conditions across the state.
