Montario Quarter: The Next Steps

Earlier this year the construction for Montario Quarter began, a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to supporting individuals with neurological conditions or spinal cord injuries in WA.

With 20 state-of-the-art apartments, Montario Quarter will offer long-term, high-support living options that promote independence in daily activities.

The project is ploughing through key milestones month after month.

In October, the Montario Quarter project achieved an exciting and key milestone with the official pouring of the main ground floor slab, which created the foundation of 7 of the 20 Supported Disability Apartment complex.

In addition to the ground work and foundations, construction on the southern slab will be the next focus.

This will include columns to support the walk over link, situated on level one that connects above the driveway.

The stage 2 building permit also arrived which will allow masonry works to start on the slab and the walls to be constructed which will help start shape the layout of the building.

By January, the sites upper floor slab will be cured and ready for brick work and a multitude of trades will continue to craft the beautiful surrounds og the facility.

We look forward to sharing more exciting updates on the construction of Montario Quarter.

This project wouldn’t be possible without the support and funding from the Department of Health.
