Everything Outreach: Birak 2024

Outreach by the Beach

Over 50 Clients and staff gathered at Rockingham Beach in October for a fun-filled day in the sun!

Clients socialised and participated in various outdoor activities, including a competitive game of noodle hockey, giant Jenga, and some exciting bocce on the lawn.

Cycling Without Age Perth was also present to provide leisurely rides for our Clients along the beach, offering a breezy experience along the coastline.

A huge thank you to our Chef, Ron Domingo, for preparing a delicious spread of food! Kudos to our amazing Rockingham Outreach team for organising this event and making it a memorable day for everyone!

Wilson Spring Market

Wilson Outreach hosted a vibrant Spring Market featuring a delightful array of handcrafted goods, including local honey, soy candles, handmade earrings, and plant holders — all curated with care by our Clients, local artisans, and community members.

This event provided a valuable opportunity to showcase the incredible talents of our neuro community, including MSWA Client, Bernie Abernethy. Bernie loves to explore multiple art mediums, and her skill set spans paper crafts, fabric work, jewellery making, crocheting, and knitting. At this market, she showcased her beautiful handmade bridal vases.

Welcoming Spring

At our Outreach Centers, we were excited to welcome representatives from Bunnings Warehouse for a pot plant decorating workshop.

Clients and staff joined in the fun, unleashing their creativity — some bedazzled their pots, while others painted them. Clients also had the opportunity to plant beautiful herbs and flowers in their newly decorated pots.

A big thank you to Bunnings for their commitment to the community and for helping to enhance our gardens for spring!
