Life not Limits Grant Form
Application closes 4pm (AWST), 5.30pm (ACST) or 6.30pm (ACDT) 13 November 2026.
Tips for submission
- If you are a Client of MSWA or the MS Society SA & NT, please use this Life not Limits Grant Form to submit your response.
- Draft your response in a separate document on your computer, such as Word or Notes, then copy and paste it into the website form. This will give you a backup in case the form fails to submit, as responses cannot be saved on the website form.
- Some questions have a maximum word count. If your response exceeds the limit, you will not be able to submit the form, so please shorten your answer before submitting. The form will show how many words you have remaining, for example, “20 words left”.
- Please provide as much detail as possible in your budget to show how you plan to use the Grant amount you have applied for. List each item/description and the amount as a number only, without the dollar sign ($), for example, 500.
- Supporting materials must be smaller than 10MB per file and a total of four files permitted. If a file is too large to upload, please email it to [email protected].
- References are optional but recommended. Your reference can be a family member, friend, carer or another person in your life who can support your project.
- Once you have successfully submitted the online form, a copy of your response will be sent to your nominated email address.
