This year marks the 20th annual MSWA Step Up - a milestone worth celebrating! But even more inspiring is the unwavering dedication of our incredible community, whose commitment to the cause has helped raise more than $3.6 million since MSWA Step Up began in 2007.

2026 was a huge success, with 88 teams and 1,055 participants stepping up and raising over $244,000 in support for people living with neurological conditions.
