WHAT IS A HOME CARE PACKAGE?
Home Care Packages (HCP) are a federal government initiative helping older Australians access affordable care services so they can remain living in their own home safely and independently.
As an approved provider, MSWA can deliver all levels of Home Care Packages to eligible Western Australians living with a neurological condition who are over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples).
If you are under this age, you may be eligible for assistance under the NDIS.

HOW DO I ACCESS A HOME CARE PACKAGE?
To access a Home Care Package, you first need to contact My Aged Care (which is managed by the Australian Department of Health) to request a face-to-face assessment. You can call 1800 200 422 or visit the My Aged Care website.
