Live a Good Life

Living a Good Life

MS brings challenges. Learn strategies to help you bring more happiness into your life, even in the face of adversity.

Come to these four workshops to learn more about happiness as a habit, changing your attitude, practicing gratitude and taking one step at a time!

Cognition - Wilson

This 5-week program is for MSWA members with a neurological condition who would like to improve their memory, attention and thinking. Come along to meet others, gain support and learn new strategies.

Assistive Technology

Assistive Technology

Come along to meet others, gain support and learn new strategies about Assistive Technology that could help you with scheduling, reading, writing and typing, cooking and housekeeping or grooming and moving around the bathroom.

The program is open to anyone living with a neurological condition.

Do you live in the Fremantle area? Were you diagnosed with MS in the last five years? Connect with others to share experiences and ideas. We’re a new group that will meet from 10am on the second Saturday of the month.
