MSWA Fatigue Management Six-Week Program

Fatigue Management

This workshop is for MSWA members with a neurological condition who experience fatigue. Come to this interactive workshop to share experiences and learn more about how to save energy and manage fatigue.

Expressive Journaling

Expressive Journaling

Join this 6-week program for members to explore expressive journaling. This program includes an introduction to journaling and setting goals by including art, collage and music. Participants are expected to commit to the full six-week program.
