Fatigue Management

Six-week program to learn strategies to help conserve energy and better manage your fatigue. Participants must attend the full six weeks of the program as lessons build on the knowledge and learning from previous week.

  • Beechboro Lodge Thursdays 23 August – 27 September
  • Centenary Hall Tuesdays 16 October – 20 November

These programs are subsidised by MSWA, funding Members without individual funding through the NDIS.

Falls Prevention Workshop EOI

They can do an assessment and provide information and strategies to:

  • Check your risk factors for falls
  • Help you identify hazards
  • Help you prevent falls in the home & community
  • Show you ways of getting up safely from a fall

Mindfulness Movement (Yoga)

Combine movement, breathing, and yoga in an adjusted way to learn how to help manage your MS.
