MSWA Fatigue Management Six-Week Program

Fatigue Management

Six-week program to learn strategies to help conserve energy and better manage your fatigue. Participants must attend the full six weeks of the program as lessons build on the knowledge and learning from previous week.

Did you know approximately 50% of people diagnosed with MS experience difficulties with thinking, planning and memory. MSWA Occupational Therapy is holding a four-week program beginning in October.

A space for sharing, connection and support.

Open to people living with a neurological condition, sessions will be facilitated by MSWA Counsellors, Monique and Janice.
