MSWA introduces Telehealth

MSWA is always looking at new options to stay connected with our Customers. That’s why we’re excited to announce the introduction of Telehealth.

This new service is a great alternative to regular face-to-face sessions/consultations between our health professionals and our Customers – whether that be one-on-one or in a group setting.

By utilising telephone or online platforms such as videoconferencing, we can continue to support our Customers while respecting social distancing.

Delivery of these services by video allows for a more personalised service, however to ensure we provide as many options as possible, we will also offer audio-only services via telephone, should video not be available.

Tele-Social Support

We are also developing a range of services that can provide social contact without the need to leave the comfort of one's home.

The type of contact is up to the individual. We are looking at a range of options from things like standard telephone call catch ups, to things like to online games which can be enjoyed in a group setting. More information will be available on this soon.
