Wilson Mindfulness Introduction Session

Do you struggle with a busy, overactive mind? 

What if instead of being pulled by all your thoughts you could learn to unhook yourself, and operate from a more grounded and centred space? This mini education session will teach you the skills of grounding yourself in your body and your breath. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and depression and improve confidence and resilience. ​This introductory session will allow you to dip your toes in to the waters of mindfulness. Come and give it a go!

This workshop is facilitated by MSWA professionals who specialise in neurological care. With expert guidance, participation in these groups and workshops will help equip you with practical learnings and strategies to share your experience in a safe space. We can talk to you about funding options if counselling services are not included in your NDIS or HCP Plan.
