Fatigue is my main factor: How to overcome the barrier and start exercising

Join our 6-week education series focused on health, exercise, and symptom management for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). Each Thursday from 5-6pm, MSWA Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists will present practical strategies to help you move better and feel stronger. 

MS related fatigue is complex and can get in the way of many tasks including exercise. It’s important to start slow and work within your current functional capacity until the body adapts and becomes more efficient. Different exercise strategies such as cluster training, interval training, and isometric training can facilitate improvements in the early stages of your therapeutic journey. Join us to discover which strategies might work best for you!
