Located in Rockingham, this adapted house accommodates a smaller Outreach Group which operates on Fridays with Members from the Rockingham and Mandurah areas attending.

It is essential that prior assessment and referral to the group is arranged through the Community Nurses on 9365 4888. This ensures that the necessary requirements for the individual can be met and reduces overcrowding.

Services available at this location include:

  • Physiotherapy: assessments and individual plans are devised and a program and other groups are conducted. Access to these services is arranged through the Physiotherapy Manager on 9365 4834. For further information click here.
  • Massage: an important service subsidised by our fundraising and available at a significantly reduced cost to financial Members. Please contact Physiotherapy Manager on 9365 4834 for more information.
  • Outreach Group: partly funded by the Disability Services Commission, the group meets on Friday providing socialisation, recreation and other opportunities (including guest speakers) with morning tea and lunch in a supported environment. If you would like more information about attending, please contact the Community Access Nurse on 9365 4888.
  • Fatigue management and other Programs: when there is sufficient demand for more local program delivery, the Centre can be used for this purpose. Please request more information through the Occupational Therapy Department at the Society on 9365 4888.
  • Immunotherapy follow up and general nursing support is available by appointment with a Nurse visiting the Centre monthly for this purpose. Please ring 9365 4888 to arrange an immunotherapy appointment with a nurse.
  • Appointments with visiting health professionals: for those Members already attending the Centre, appointments can be made to see the nurse or other health professionals during or out of the Outreach Group session.
