Tony and his wife are now the proud owners of that magnificent eco-home in Swanbourne - mortgage-free!
No doubt the Evans family will be looking forward to next summer and making a routine out of long walks on the beach. Meanwhile, they can enjoy the fresh sea-breeze in their outdoor living area.
