In Home Care

The Associate Care Program provides short-term allocation of care for Members in their home to assist them to remain living in the community with support. The number of care hours allocated to a Member is based on their assessed needs and the availability of the hours. Alternative sources of care are sourced to replace these hours to free them up for other Members in need.

The Society manages and provides in home long term care for members living with their families or alone and who have funding from the Disability Services Commission for this purpose.
